Appointment Information

Our office hours are by appointment only. Appointments are normally made with your established physician. When for any reason your physician is not available, arrangements may be made for you to see one of the other physicians. If you find that you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate it if you would call the office as much ahead of time as possible. This will make it possible for another patient to be seen.

Every effort is made to keep our appointment schedule. We appreciate the value of your time and dislike long waiting periods. However, in this specialty emergencies and deliveries may cause unforeseen delays. If timing is crucial to your schedule on a particular day, please notify the appointment secretary and she will try to reschedule your appointment either at another time or on another day.

Please call to schedule annual examinations three months in advance. If you have a concern that cannot wait until the next available appointment, please make that known to the receptionist and ask to speak to a nurse.
